Visiting Santa

The kids were super excited to see Santa Friday night. Alli rushed up to Santa's side to get ready for the picture, Nolan walked up and wanted on Santa's lap (he also asked for a 'canny cane'), and Cole went up and gave Santa a hug. It was funny to see Santa try to greet all three at the same time! After the picture, they all took their turn and told him what they wanted for Christmas. It was an exciting time for them and they keep asking if we think they will get what they asked for. We shall see Christmas morning. ;)

Nolan's 1st Christmas Program

Nolan's preschool performed their Christmas program this week and this was Nolan's 1st time to "participate." We didn't really think he would be much of a singer, and he wasn't. He walked in with his class (they all had "Happy Birthday" hats on, he didn't) and then he just sat in his chair and sucked his finger. In his defense, it is a very overwhelming experience for little ones. We were just happy that he sat there with no tears.

He did look really handsome, and grown up in his Christmas outfit. Sorry we don't have a better picture of him, he didn't want his picture taken. He told us he "don't want to be handsome!" That's our Nolan!
