Alli had her school Christmas Program early in December and I am just now getting around to blogging about it. Better late than never, right?!?! Anyway, the 2nd graders performed a really cute skit about a group of penguins who found Santa after he fell out of his sleigh. They wake him up and help him find his sleigh and reindeer and save Christmas!!! Alli was a penguin as you will see in the pictures and had a little speaking part. She was super excited about this, but was a little disappointed when her microphone didn't work and so most of the people couldn't hear her (this happened with a few of the other speaking parts, too). We tried to act like we could hear her, but she said, "No you didn't, I know the microphone didn't work." :) She did a great job and always performs with a smile on her face. She loves this kind of stuff!!!
