Happy Easter!!!
We hope each and everyone of you have had a wonderful day rejoicing in the resurrection of our Lord!!!
We were supposed to be in Kansas this weekend to be with family and attend our niece Brooke's baptism today (which Jeff is so proud to be her Godfather). Unfortunately, Nolan has been so ill that we didn't feel comfortable traveling with him. He caught some kind of stomach bug that had him vomiting for 4 days and he became pretty dehydrated. He also lost about 2 lbs, which for him is alot. We were so happy to get him past the 20lb mark and were almost at 21lbs, just to lose it this week. I am happy to say, today he has had a great day. Alli, on the other hand, isn't feeling so well today after being up all night sick. She says she feels better and is catching up with her rest. We are hoping to keep it from Cole. Plus all three have had Strep Throat and are on antibiotics. Pretty yucky week at the Henry household.
We have done our best to have a great Easter. Church was great! The kids hunted eggs this morning (inside due to rain). It is funny to see Alli have a little competition this year, Cole is a pretty good egg hunter. She doesn't quite know what to think about that. They have also been playing with the toys the Easter Bunny brought them. Jeff is watching The Masters and cooking his Grandma Henry's vegetable soup for supper (I'm looking forward to that). Allison is catching up with some school work because of missing 2 days of school this past week. Cole has to be going through a growth spurt because all he wants to do is eat. He also likes to pester his little brother. Nolan is coming to life a little at a time and just walks around finding toys to play with and making sure his Daddy is in sight (becoming quite the Daddy's boy). I am disinfecting the house (again), catching up on laundry, and sending pictures to everyone we miss. Enjoy!
PS... I am very proud to say that I made the liners for their Easter baskets.
